SNPhA 2026 Regional Conference Host Application

Apply to host our 2026 Regional Conferences!

We are seeking chapter hosts for our 2026 Regional Conferences!

We will be selecting a host chapter(s) from Regions I & II, and from Regions III, IV, & V. Through this experience, the host chapter(s) uses this opportunity as a major fundraiser for the year, a year-long bonding experience with fellow team members, and, importantly, a great talking point for your CV. We encourage you to speak with your chapter advisor(s) and evaluate if this endeavor supports your chapter goals. We look forward to reviewing all applications!

The SNPhA regional conferences give student chapters the unique opportunity to provide an engaging and impactful experience to our SNPhA members! Through our regional conferences, SNPhA members are able to explore a new city, present posters, participate in the clinical skills competition (CSC), learn from state-known health professionals, and so much more!

Chapters are welcome to collaborate with another chapter to submit a proposal to co-host the 2026 Regional Conferences! Both chapters must be from the region(s) of their conference.

Proposal Submissions

To host our regional conference, interested chapters must submit a proposal to the SNPhA National Office. Proposals will be reviewed and then a conference host will be selected. Nothing from the proposal is completely set in stone, but it should demonstrate an overview of your vision, and how you plan to execute this vision. The goal of the proposal is for the SNPhA National Office to have a general overview of your ideas, workshop topics, speaker ideas, theming and support system for the conference.

The SNPhA National Office will focus on the content of the proposal over its design. However, it's important that the proposal is creative and aligns with the theme of your proposed conference.

Proposal Submission Due Date: May 31st, 2025

Notification of Proposal Status: June 15th, 2025
