As DEI efforts face growing opposition, this forum offers an opportunity to stay informed, share lived experiences, and co-create actionable strategies that protect and elevate our role in achieving health equity. 

While DEI surged as a buzzword in 2021 - often symbolized by performative gestures and social media posts - many pharmacy organizations are now quietly retreating from those commitments.

Our commitment, however, runs deep, and we will continue to lead with purpose in a rapidly shifting policy and professional landscape.
