Not a SNPhA member? Join today! The combined price of membership and early bird Convention registration for students is lower than the stand-alone non-member registration rate, so we strongly encourage all students to join SNPhA first before registering.

Hotel ReservationsThe 2025 Convention will take place primarily at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, located in Covington, Kentucky along the banks of the Ohio River. The convention center is located at the heart of a rapidly expanding business and entertainment district just across a picturesque 19th Century suspension bridge from downtown Cincinnati. Discounted guest rooms are available at the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter, which is connected to the convention center via a covered walkway. Only steps from the banks of the Ohio River, the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter is within walking distance to popular attractions, including Cincinnati’s vibrant entertainment and dining venue, The Banks, as well as the Great American Ballpark. Grab a meal or drink at the hotel's restaurant, The Great Room, or work out in the hotel fitness center and take a swim in the indoor pool. After a productive day at the Convention, retreat to redesigned guest rooms with beautiful views of the riverfront and downtown Cincinnati. AztraZeneca MSL Simulation Competition
This annual competition, in partnership with AstraZeneca's Medical Affairs team, challenges students to engage in real-world MSL scenarios, refine their communication skills, and deepen their understanding of the profession. Top finalists will present to AstraZeneca’s US Oncology Medical Affairs team at SNPhA’s 2025 National Convention August 1st - 4th in Cincinnati, OH.

Refund Policy
Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing to NPhA at 10810 N. Tatum Blvd. Ste. 102-965, Phoenix, AZ 85028, or via email to npha@npha.net, and must be received no later than July 1, 2025, at 11:59pm EDT to receive a partial refund less the applicable administrative fee listed below. If you register on or after July 1, 2025, no refunds will be granted. There are no full refunds on registration at any time.
Registrant substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant. Only one substitution per registrant is allowed, the substitute registrant must be eligible under the registration category of the original registrant, and the request must be received no later than July 18, 2025. The substitution will be processed upon payment of the administrative fee described below.
For Student registrations, an administrative fee of $50 per registration will be assessed for all refund and substitution requests.
Please be sure to contact your hotel directly to cancel your housing reservations.
